I've been home for exactly a week now, and I will be 100% frank with you... I've only taken photos of my pseudo nephew, Jace, since I've been back in PA. I'm notorious for being the biggest homebody and binge movie watcher amongst my loved ones, which explains my lack of phototaking.. Anyways, I really adore him because I named him (i know..narcissist?) and he's the CUTEST baby I have ever seen, and I know everyone states that about every human creature under the age of two, but I usually hate babies and feel warmth in my small, bleak heart when I see him or hold him. ANYWAYS, I am in hibernation mode at the moment but will be seeing my friends next week! Reunion photos and good feels are to follow in the next update. Before that post, I may post my Top 10 albums of the year and also a very heavy movie review/recommendation related to my binge watching..

WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU'RE....

Tomorrow @ 1 PM, I will be taking my Ancient Greece final and then PEACIN' OUT to Newbury St to go shopping at H&M. There is a massive sale going on right now, so I suggest you take advantage of it, do some last minute Xmas shopping, treat yoself, or just browse, because let's be honest.. what do you really with your free time? I was planning on going home tomorrow, but I have an orientation in Boston next Wed., so I'm backpacking through Massachusetts, staying at two friends' until I trek back to Philly next Thursday. Anyways, that's a brief update on my life. 

WHAT TO EXPECT FOR 2014:

I've been booked for one event so far, but other than that, I don't really have any plans/directions. I might upgrade my equipment, because it's long overdue, so we shall see what happens from there.

I wasn't planning on investing in a new body until after graduation, but I might end up switching as early as mid-2014? I'm not sure yet - also, might make the fateful leap to FILM. I'm trying to regain some of my creativity back and experiment more. School's great and all, but my focus is always on my studies; I haven't really created anything meaningful or dabbled in anything that I've been passionate about since.. senior year of high school.

I originally planned this initiative for fall semester, but it didn't happen at all... Hopefully, I can get out to some shelters and start posting!

thanksgiving

Thanksgiving Break was everything and more for me this year. My trek back to Philadelphia began at 4AM on Wednesday, and after sitting in a powerless compartment at least three times, ended a little after 2PM as I made my way into the city of Brotherly Love. I was picked up fashionably late (as always) by my cousin and sister, and we went over to my other cousin's to see my pseudo nephew, Jace! It was really nice to see/to hold him for the first time (he was born Nov 5). My cousin and her husband went on their first date since the birth of their child, because the homies and I agreed to look after Jace.

ANYWAYS, I worked on Thanksgiving, had a beautiful/delicious dinner with the family, went out to lunch/caught up with amigos, and lived the homebody dream this weekend. It was a much needed break from the slave 2 books 100% school mentality, and I had a lot of spooning time with my cat, Pancake.

There will be no updates until after finals. I'm bracing myself for the most strenuous studying week of my life. Till then, be warm!
